Timothy Moura
As President of Narragansett Bay Insurance Company, Tim is responsible for directing the operations of the company and leading its strategic initiatives to drive continued profitable growth. Tim previously served as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Agency, and Client Services at NBIC, where he successfully developed and oversaw the company’s strategic growth initiatives. Tim has over 25 years of insurance experience, leading both corporate and field management teams. He previously served as Vice President, Business Development, and Commercial Lines for Tower Group Companies. He also worked as Vice President, Underwriting and Product Management, Personal Lines for Tower Group Companies, and was Regional Vice President, Personal Lines for OneBeacon Insurance Group. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Clark University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Bryant University.
Kirk Lusk
Kirk leads the finance teams for all subsidiary companies of Heritage Insurance Holdings, Inc. (including Narragansett Bay Insurance Company), providing critical financial oversight and developing operating and financial strategic plans to advance the company’s overall business objectives. He has over 25 years of finance and insurance experience working as an Underwriter, Controller, and Chief Financial Officer. He previously worked as Vice President of Finance for The Hartford, where he provided financial oversight to the company’s commercial markets. He also worked for four years as Chief Financial Officer – International for Aetna and was responsible for the overall financial operations for twenty legal entities in the United States, Bermuda, China, Dubai, Ireland and the UK. He received his MBA from the University of Connecticut and his BA from Colorado College.
Glen Tiziani
As Senior Vice President of Sales & Distribution, Glen is responsible for profitably growing NBIC’s distribution and agency relationships. Additionally, he manages a team of field managers and oversees all sales activities, agency marketing support, communications and training. He has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, working in underwriting, sales, and sales management. He has worked on both the agency and carrier sides, and has extensive experience working with independent agencies and brokers. He previously served as Sales Regional Vice President for American Modern Insurance Group, as a Regional Insurance Manager for AAA Allied Group, Inc., and as a Senior Sales Professional at SAFECO Insurance Company. Glen received his Bachelor’s degree from University of Connecticut. He also achieved the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designations.
David H. Deacon, Jr.
Dave has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He is responsible for the pricing, product development, underwriting strategy, and strategic initiatives for NBIC. Prior to joining NBIC, Dave held various actuarial and product roles at Hanover Insurance and MetLife Auto & Home. Dave holds the professional certifications of Associate in the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS), Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe). He served as an adjunct professor at Bryant University teaching an undergraduate course on P&C Reserving. Dave received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
